Classic Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • Minced beef – 700 Grams
  • Onion – 1/2 Cup
  • BBQ Sauce – 1/3 Cup
  • Mustard – 1
  • Chili Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt, pepper – – To taste
  • Crackers – 12 Pieces
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Bacon – 350 Grams

Directions

  1. Put finely chopped onion and minced meat in a large bowl.
  2. Add barbecue sauce (purchased or homemade) there.
  3. Mustard is also there.
  4. All seasonings and spices are there too.
  5. We break one egg there.
  6. We also add bread crumbs, crumbs from crackers (in my case) or just crumbs from a dried loaf there.
  7. Mix the minced meat and spread evenly on thinly sliced ​​and densely packed bacon slices.
  8. Wrap the minced meat with slices of bacon, put the resulting roll seam down on a baking sheet.
  9. Before this, it is better to cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Lightly pour the barbecue sauce over the rolled roll on top.
  10. We put in the oven and bake for about an hour at 175 degrees.
  11. Cool the finished roll slightly, cut and serve hot.
