  • Wheat flour – 2 Glasses
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon

  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Directions

  1. Sift the wheat flour into a bowl. Add a teaspoon of salt and stir.
  2. Pour in a glass of boiling water and knead the dough. First knead with a fork or spoon, then you can knead with your hands when the dough cools a little.
  3. Pour in vegetable oil and knead the dough again.

  5. Divide it into several parts.
  6. Roll each part of the dough into such a sausage.
  7. Roll the sausage with a rolling pin.
  8. Chop the herbs finely. Chop the garlic. Mix greens with garlic. Put some greens on a strip of dough.
  9. Connect both ends of the dough and pinch. Let the air out so that it does not break the dough.
  10. Roll the dough into a snail.
  11. Roll the dough with your fingers or a rolling pin until it is as thin as possible. Do not tear the dough so that the greens do not break out. When frying, these greens will burn.
