Coconut – 1 Piece
Fresh ginger – 15 grams
Salt – To taste
Garlic – 1 Clove
Lemon – 1 Piece
Cilantro – 1 Bunch
Directions
Prepare all ingredients.
Break the coconut, separate the flesh from the shell. Cut into slices suitable for chopping. Peel a piece of ginger.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. In a blender, grind the cilantro, garlic, ginger, and coconut along with the lemon juice.
Salt the chutney, add some liquid (coconut or plain water) to the desired consistency. I prefer thinner chutney.
