  • Fresh ginger – 15 grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Lemon – 1 Piece
  • Cilantro – 1 Bunch

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Break the coconut, separate the flesh from the shell. Cut into slices suitable for chopping. Peel a piece of ginger.

  3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. In a blender, grind the cilantro, garlic, ginger, and coconut along with the lemon juice.
  4. Salt the chutney, add some liquid (coconut or plain water) to the desired consistency. I prefer thinner chutney.
