Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cup tangerine juice (from the canned tangerines)
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 small can mandarine (s)
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 0.5 ½ cup sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. One cup holds 250 ml.
  2. Drain the mandarins while collecting the juice. Mix the oil, sugar, eggs, the mandarin juice, flour and baking powder and pour into a springform pan.
