- 3 cup flour
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup juice, (tangerine juice)
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 small can mandarine (s)
- 0.75 ¾ cup sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup cream

- For the base, work the first 6 ingredients into a smooth dough and place on an oiled baking sheet.
- Drain the mandarins while collecting the juice. Spread the mandarins on the unbaked dough.
- Ceiling:
- Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 2 cups of desiccated coconut and spread over the mandarins.
- Bake everything at 175 ° C on the middle rack for 40 minutes.
