Ingredients
For the dough:
- 65 g mararine
- 40 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 100 g flour
- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
- 50 g hazelnuts, round
For the filling:
- 750 g apples, not too juicy, e.. Boskop
- 2 cans tangerine (s), drained
- 1 egg (s)
- 30 grams sugar
For the sprinkles:
- 130 g butter, melt
- 130 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 100 g hazelnuts, round
- 100 g flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- First make the streusel:
- To do this, mix all the dry ingredients except the butter, pour in the melted butter drop by drop, stir gently with a fork so that lumps form, then chill.
- Dough:
- Mix the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg until frothy, until the sugar is dissolved. Mix and stir in the flour, baking powder and nuts. Spread the dough in a greased springform pan (bottom lined with baking paper).
- Filling:
- Peel the apples, cut into cubes, mix in the drained mandarins.
