Ingredients

  • 150 ml milk, low in fat
  • 3 teaspoons coffee powder, instant (alternatively a small cup strong espresso, cooled
  • 2 teaspoon syrup (caramel syrup)
  • Sugar or sweetener as you like
  • some sauce (caramel sauce)
  • Ice, crushed

Instructions

  1. Put the coffee powder with the sugar (or sweetener) in a saucepan with the milk and warm it up a little so that the coffee dissolves. Add the caramel syrup to this mixture. Then chill for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, fill a 500 ml glass with ice cubes. Crush the ice cubes in the crusher.
  3. Put in an electric mixer or a household machine with a blender and add the coffee mixture. Mix on the highest level for approx. 3-5 minutes.
  4. The shake has to be very creamy.
  5. Pour into the glass and decorate with caramel sauce.
