Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s)
  • 5 tablespoon water, hot
  • 150 grams flour
  • 150 g cornstarch
  • 210 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 5 tablespoon, leveled baking powder
  • Food coloring
  • 800 g cream cheese, normal
  • 400 g chocolate, white
  • 2-point chocolate bar, (Kitkat), approx. 30 pieces
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the hot water and beat until frothy. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar while stirring. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the cornstarch in another bowl and gradually sift into the egg mixture.
  2. Divide the batter into 6 small bowls. This corresponds to about 120 - 130 g per bowl. Color with 6 different food colors.
  3. Bake each dough individually in an 18 or 20 springform pan in the oven at 190 degrees for about 10 - 13 minutes. Let the bases cool down after baking and only then remove them from the mold, otherwise they will break easily.
  4. Chop the chocolate and melt it. Meanwhile, whip the cream cheese in a bowl until creamy and fold the melted chocolate into the cream cheese. Chill the topping for 1 - 2 hours.
  5. Stack the bases with a layer of cream cheese cream in between and coat the outside with the rest of the topping. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Make a glaze from the powdered sugar and the water. Use it to dress the cake on the outside. Press the Kit-Kats around the cake and tie a tight bow around the cake with a wide ribbon.
