Mom’s Birthday Cake

Here is a recipe for a simple and very tasty cake to please the dearest person.

Ingredients
- Sugar – 150 Grams
- Eggs – 2 Pieces
- Vegetable oil – 100 Milliliters (odorless)
- Milk – 100 Milliliters (fatty desirable)
- Flour – 1.5 Cups
- Vanillin – 1 Pinch
- Soda – 1 Teaspoon
- Vinegar 9% – 1 Art. the spoon
- Sour Cream – 450 Milliliters (21 percent)
- Sour cream thickener, packing – 1 Piece
- Powdered Sugar – 3 Teaspoons
- Cherry without pits – 1 Glass
Directions
- Let’s prepare food. Select seeds from cherries.
- Beat sugar and eggs with a mixer until fluffy.
- Pour in butter and milk.
- We introduce vinegar, add vanillin, soda and flour. Using a mixer, bring the dough to a uniform consistency.
- The dough is ready.
- Bake the dough. I did it in a multicooker. Greased the pan, poured the dough and set the “Bake” mode for 50 minutes. It is possible in the oven, then the temperature is 180-200 degrees, the time is 40 minutes.
- Cool the finished biscuit.
- Cut the biscuit into three pieces.
- Making the cream. Add a thickener for sour cream and powdered sugar to the sour cream.
- Beat the cream with a mixer until thickened.We collect the cake. To get a juicy cake, it is best to soak the cakes with sugar syrup, you can add alcohol. I soaked the first cake, smeared it with cream.
- I put the pitted cherry halves. Then – again soaked cake, cream and cherries.
- Cover the cake with the third crust, grease the top and sides with cream.
- Decorating. Let it brew in the cold for one hour.
