Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g spelled flour or wheat flour
  • 110 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 100 g butter

For the cast:

  • 250 g powdered suar
  • Food coloring

    Instructions

    1. Mix the ingredients together. Pour the batter into a piping bag or freezer bag and fill the molds. The paper cases should not touch each other on the baking sheet.
    2. Bake at 190 ° C in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
    3. Mix powdered sugar with two tablespoons of hot water. Fill into four bowls and mix with a drop of food coloring from the tube.
    4. Place on the still warm muffins and decorate them.
