Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 150 g veetables, mixed, (peas & carrots) frozen
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 200 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in boiling water until firm to the bite.
  2. Chop the onion and sweat it until translucent, then add the minced meat. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Then add the tomatoes and cream. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Spread the cooked broccoli in a large baking dish, add the frozen vegetables. Spread the tomato and minced meat sauce over the vegetables.
  3. Cut the feta into strips and cover the mixture with it. Bake the whole thing at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until the cheese takes on a nice, brown color.
  4. If you don`t like broccoli, carrots and peas, you can of course replace them with any other vegetable.
