  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 200 g nuts or almonds (round)

Instructions

  1. For the dough, stir 300 g butter with 300 g sugar, the vanilla sugar and the 6 eggs until frothy. Mix 300 g flour with baking powder and sieve over the mixed dough. Process everything into a smooth dough and spread on a greased baking sheet.
  2. For the crumble, work 150 g flour, 150 g butter, 150 g sugar, cocoa powder and nuts into crumble by hand and spread the crumble on the dough.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. If you want, you can spread flakes of butter on the cake shortly before the end of the baking time.
  4. After baking, let it cool down and dust with powdered sugar.
