Instructions

  1. Open the beer cans and drink a good 200 ml. Then drill or prick 6 - 8 holes in the upper quarter of the can. I prefer a cordless screwdriver with a Spax screw, so you can pull out any dents that may arise.
  2. Mix a marinade with the olive oil, soy sauce and chicken seasoning. Season the chicken from the inside. Then put the prepared chickens rectally on the can so that it sits upright. Then coat the outside of the chicken with the marinade and use a drip pan to put it in the oven preheated to 175 ° C. Let it fry for about 1 hour, then run the oven up to 200 ° C for the last 10 minutes so that the skin is crispy. Brush the rest of the marinade every now and then while frying. The evaporating beer prevents the chicken from getting dry and gives it a smart taste.
