  • 400 g corn kernels (can), drained
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped butter
  • Crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • Orange peel, grated

  1. Steam the corn in melted butter for a few minutes until soft. Then puree and season to taste with crème fraîche, salt, pepper and orange peel.
