Cottage Cheese Casserole with Apples and Cinnamon

Cottage cheese casserole and apples stewed with cinnamon – delicious, nutritious, and healthy!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Apples – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sour cream (optional, for serving) – 4 tbsp

Directions

  1. Wash, peel, and core the apples. Cut apples into cubes.
  2. Melt 30 g of butter in a frying pan, put apples there, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add sugar and cinnamon to the stewed apples.
  3. Stir, heat for another minute, and remove the pan from heat. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Drive eggs into a bowl of curd. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Add stewed apples. Mix.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with there
