Ingredients

  • 100 g cottae cheese
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 banana (s) or apple
  • 10 g raisins
  • 10 g cashew nuts
  • 30 g oat flakes, (whole rain)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese with the honey. Peel the banana or apple. Finely mash the banana with a fork, clean the apple and grate finely.
  2. Stir the fruit into the cottage cheese. Roughly chop the cashew nuts and mix the raisins, nuts and flakes with the cottage cheese.
