Ingredients
- 100 g cottae cheese
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 banana (s) or apple
- 10 g raisins
- 10 g cashew nuts
- 30 g oat flakes, (whole rain)

- Mix the cottage cheese with the honey. Peel the banana or apple. Finely mash the banana with a fork, clean the apple and grate finely.
- Stir the fruit into the cottage cheese. Roughly chop the cashew nuts and mix the raisins, nuts and flakes with the cottage cheese.
