Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk
  • 110 g couscous
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil with a little honey or sugar. Stir in the couscous and turn off the stove. Let the couscous soak for about 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Heat the honey in a pan on the highest setting, add the pineapple and walnuts and caramelize.
  3. Arrange the couscous on 2 plates, spread the pineapple and walnuts on top and sprinkle everything with a little cinnamon.
  4. Tastes great as dessert or for breakfast.
