Couscous – 300 Grams
Boiling water – 480 Milliliters
Peeled Shrimp – 0.5 Kilogram

Directions
Boil the shrimp in boiling water with the addition of salt (3 minutes), transfer to a colander and cool, then peel.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half. If they are very large, then into 4 parts.
I heat the pan with 3 tablespoons of butter and pour out the couscous, pour in boiling water and cook over medium heat, stirring with a fork (cloves).
Stir continuously and cook for 7 minutes, stirring all the time with a fork.
I put 1 tablespoon of butter, add salt and pepper, mix.
Couscous turns out to be crumbly, this is a sign of properly cooked cereals, turn off the heat and remove the pan from the heat.
I heat the frying pan with olive oil, put the garlic, then send the shrimp there and cook for 3-5 minutes.
