Ingredients

For the dark dough:

For the topping: (quark mass / stains)

500 g low-fat quark
150 grams sugar
50 g butter or mararine, liquid
2 egg (s)
1 packet vanilla pudding powder
1 dash milk to stir in, if necessary
possibly lemon aroma or grated lemon peel or rum aroma

Instructions

Mix all ingredients for the dough with a hand mixer. Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (approx. 30 cm x 40 cm).
Mix the ingredients for the stains together, if necessary dilute with a dash of milk. Spread the quark mixture on the dark dough with a tablespoon like cow stains.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C convection for about 20 minutes. Possibly do a cooking test with a wooden skewer.
