Ingredients

500 g yourt, 10%
100 g milk, 1.5%
90 g suar
100 g cranberries, dried

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a beaker and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours so that the cranberries become soft and can be mashed.
Puree the mixture, place in the ice cream maker and stir until creamy for 20-30 minutes. If you don`t have an ice cream machine, you can fill the mass in silicone muffin molds and place them tightly closed in the freezer.
