You can take a sponge cake for a cake ready-made, but you can also bake it according to your favorite recipe. If the biscuit is thick, cut it into 2 or 3 layers, cut out the details of the future cake. And don’t forget to cut out the ears (in the shape you like).

Beat soft butter with condensed milk, so we get a cream. We will leave half for the “wool”, and coat the rest with the biscuit parts of the cake. You can soak them with syrup, lay fruits between the layers. We do it in the same way as our favorite cake. The most important thing here is to correctly assemble and mold the dog.
When we have assembled the base of the dog, its body with paws, we proceed to shaping the head. Break the remaining pieces of biscuit into small pieces and mix with the cream. And from this mass we blind our heads
We “close up” all the corners with a biscuit-cream mass, as if smoothing, rounding off the figure of the dog. We attach the ears, grease them lightly with cream, form a tail.
And now, with the help of a pastry syringe with nozzles, we begin to decorate the dog with wool. You can use the multi-hole attachment or the sprocket attachment. Let’s start decorating the bottom with cream!
