Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 80 g suar
  • 80 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For covering:

  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Process all the dough ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. Line a greased form (I`ll use a 26 springform pan) with it.
  2. For the topping, beat the eggs until frothy and slowly pour in the sugar. Mix in small amounts one after the other of the crème fraiche, sour cream and whipped cream. Then mix in the pudding powder. Pour the mixture on the dough.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  4. Tip: If you like, you can sprinkle cinnamon on top. I do this about halfway through the baking time.
