- 100 g natural yourt, low in fat
- 15 g oatmeal
- some water, hot
- 1 tablespoon muesli (crunchy muesli)
- 1 teaspoon, heaped stevia, as needed

- Pour a little hot water over the oatmeal and let it swell. Meanwhile, squeeze out the juice of the orange and puree the juice with the banana.
- Add the yoghurt and sweeten with a little stevia. Stir in the oat flakes and sprinkle some crunchy muesli over them.
