  1. Put cheese in a bowl. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the cheese.
  2. Remove the yellow part of the zest from half of the lemon with a fine grater. Squeeze out the juice, add it to the garlic cheese, and stir.
  3. Cut the loaf of bread into portions.
