Croutons with Melted Cheese, Lemon and Garlic

Aromatic croutons with cheese, garlic, and lemon can be made according to this recipe!

Cook: 25 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Baton – 200 g
  • Parsley – 10 g
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Soft processed cheese – 70 g
  • Small lemon – 0.5 pcs.

How to make garlic and cheese croutons:

Directions

  1. Put cheese in a bowl. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the cheese.
  2. Remove the yellow part of the zest from half of the lemon with a fine grater. Squeeze out the juice, add it to the garlic cheese, and stir.
  3. Cut the loaf of bread into portions.
  4. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry slices of bread on both sides until golden brown, 2-3 minutes each.
  5. Grease the croutons with cheese and lemon paste.
  6. Finely chop the parsley with a knife.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese and garlic croutons with chopped parsley.
  8. Decorate the croutons with lemon zest and serve.
