Make a dough from the first 6 ingredients. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the water, knead everything thoroughly and let rise for approx. 40 minutes, knead again. Shape into a strand and place in the baking pan that has been greased with margarine and sprinkled with sesame seeds and press flat. Let it rise for another 30 minutes. Just before the pan comes on the oven, use the back of a knife to make a light pattern in the dough, brush with the whisked egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame and black cumin.
Now put the mold on the gas stove. I baked with my smallest gas flame. The setting was just a tiny bit bigger than the smallest flame possible. Baking time approx. 35 minutes.
