Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 12 small potatoes
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky, 400 g each
  • 120 g cheese
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled rosemary needles, fresh, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, fresh from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, virgin

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, onions and garlic, finely dice the onion and garlic, cut the potatoes into approx. 1 cm cubes. I used a vegetable cutter for this.
  2. Sear the minced meat in a pan, seasoned with a little salt and pepper. Put tomatoes, onion, garlic, potatoes, minced meat, white wine and rosemary needles in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the Omnia and pour in the mixture. Roughly grate the cheese with a grater - or use grated cheese - and add to the mixture. Place the Omnia on the smallest gas flame. Bake the gas setting slightly larger than very small and bake for approx. 1 hour, then set the gas flame to approx. 1/3 large and bake for another 20 - 30 minutes.
