Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta, e.. fussili
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 100 g cheese, rated, e.., Gouda
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • Herbs, at will
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. First cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions. At the same time, cut the onions, garlic, ham and cheese into small pieces.
  2. Fry the onions, garlic and ham in a pan, then add the cream. Bring to the boil briefly and add herbs if necessary. Salt and pepper.
  3. Now grease the Omnia thoroughly. Pour in the pasta and mix with the ham and cream sauce or simply pour over it. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Don`t forget to put the lid on and place the Omnia on the flame. I let it stand on the lowest flame for about 15-20 minutes - but of course it differs from stove to stove. The dish is ready when the cheese has melted and begins to turn brown.
  5. Note: The Omnia is filled to the maximum with 400 g of pasta; using more is not recommended.
