Ingredients

  • 100 g couscous
  • 20 g oat flakes (whole rain oat flakes), tender
  • 20 g potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
  • 3 tablespoon soup greens, freeze-dried
  • 0.25 liter ¼ boiling water
  • 5 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix the couscous, oatmeal, potato starch, vegetable stock and soup greens. Pour the boiling water over everything and stir well. Let the mixture swell for approx. 10 minutes, then shape approx. 6 - 8 patties with wet hands and fry in oil for 5 - 8 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  2. If you like, you can add curry at the beginning.
