A crumbly, airy cappuccino-flavored cake is prepared very simply, the ingredients are the most affordable.

Cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon
Granulated coffee – 2 tbsp
Butter (softened) – 230 g
Powdered sugar – 230 g
Large eggs – 4 pcs.
Wheat flour – 230 g

White chocolate (broken) – 100 g
Butter (softened) – 50 g
Milk – 3 tbsp
Powdered sugar – 180 g
Directions
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a heat-resistant mold measuring 28×18 cm with oil and cover with parchment.
Dissolve cocoa and coffee granules in 2 tablespoons of hot water. Pour this mixture into a large bowl, add softened butter, icing sugar, eggs and flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a homogeneous dough.
Place the dough in the prepared mold and smooth the surface. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes, until a clean wooden stick. Then take the product out of the oven and let it rest in the mold at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Then remove the cake from the mold and remove the parchment.
Prepare the white cake frosting. Melt chocolate and butter in milk over a water bath. Remove the bowl of chocolate from the water bath and add the icing sugar, stir the icing until smooth. Apply the icing to the cooled cake and sprinkle with cocoa powder if desired.
