Ingredients

  • 100 g butter or mararine, soft
  • 110 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 1 packet chocolate (yogurette), more or less as you like

For the cast:

  • 1 cup cream
  • sugar
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° top and bottom heat.
  2. Mix the butter and sugar. Add baking powder and vanilla sugar and eggs. Gradually add the flour and stir with a mixer until it becomes a smooth dough. Now add the milk. I always add a little more milk one by one because the dough seems too firm to me. Cut the yogurette into small pieces and add to the batter.
  3. Fill muffin molds approx. 1/2 with batter and bake for 15-20 minutes. I look after 15 minutes and check with a wooden stick whether the dough is baked through.
  4. Let the cupcakes cool down.
  5. For the topping, do not whip the cream completely until stiff. Sprinkle in the sugar, add the cream stiffener and then beat everything until stiff. Fill into a piping bag and decorate as you like, e.g. a strawberry or yogurette strip.
