Curd Casserole without Semolina and Flour

The recipe for the most delicate cottage cheese casserole without the use of flour and semolina. I use this recipe to make my own breakfast regularly.

Cook: 15 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 8 tbsp
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Potato starch – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vanilla sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Butter – for greasing the mold

For the filling (optional):

  • Blackcurrant jam (or another topping)

Directions

  1. We turn on and preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Divide three eggs into yolks and whites.
  2. In a bowl with yolks, add 400 g of cottage cheese, a pinch of salt, 0.5 teaspoon vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoon. tablespoons of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons of potato starch, and 8 tbsp of milk
  3. Beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth.
  4. Beat the egg whites separately with a mixer until stable peaks. Place the beaten egg whites in a bowl of beaten cottage cheese.
  5. Stir the whipped cottage cheese with the whipped egg whites with gentle movements from bottom to top.
  6. Lubricate the mold (17 cm in diameter) with melted butter. Pour the curd mass into a mold and level with a spoon.
  7. Cooking curd casserole without semolina and flour in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
  8. Cut the finished curd casserole into portioned pieces. Before serving, decorate the casserole with any topping of your choice (I have currants boiled with sugar).
