Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (s) - roll
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • curry powder
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 5 teaspoons cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette bun into 5 slices. Cut the onion half into fine rings.
  2. Heat the butter in the pan together with the curry powder. Add the baguette slices and fry until crispy. When they are nice, golden brown, turn them over and then add the onion rings to the pan and fry them.
  3. When the slices and onions are nice and crispy, remove them from the pan.
  4. Place on a plate and put a teaspoon of cream cheese and a few onion rings on each slice. Sprinkle with a little curry powder and serve.
  5. It`s a great party snack, it`s quick and easy! The baguette slices can also be served as a starter.
  6. Tip: If you don`t like the baguette slices so dark, you should roast the slices very slowly.
