Cuttlefish and Shrimps with Potatoes and Peas

Ingredients

  • Shrimps (without shell) – 200 g
  • Cuttlefish – 500 g
  • Potatoes
  • Green peas (frozen)
  • Mashed tomatoes (trade wind) – 100 ml
  • Garlic – 3 teeth.
  • White wine – 100 ml
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Water
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Cut the garlic into slices and fry in olive oil.
  2. Add the shrimp without a shell and the small cuttlefish cut into pieces. Fry. Pour in white
    wine and let it evaporate.
  3. Add diced potatoes.
  4. Add frozen green peas.
  5. Add water and mashed tomatoes. Season with salt and simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
