- 200 g date (s)
- 100 g oatmeal
- 70 g peanuts
- 70 g peanut butter
- 20 g quinoa, puffed or chia seeds
- 20 g sweetener (palatinose)
- 1 banana (s), ripe

- Soak the dates in water for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
- Puree the soaked dates and the banana. Powder the oatmeal and peanuts in a blender. Mix all ingredients together and let the dough steep for a moment.
- Form approx. 10 - 15 small bars and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake until golden in about 10 minutes.
- I wrap the bars individually in cling film or greaseproof paper and then freeze them.
- Simply take the desired amount out of the freezer before the bike tour etc. and enjoy fresh.
