Dates with Nuts in Chocolate

Easy to prepare, tasty, and original treat can be easily prepared with dates and walnuts. Dessert is an unusual candy with an original filling. Coconut flakes give the dessert an elegant look.
Ingredients
- Dates – 140 g
- Black chocolate (56%) – 90 g
- Walnuts – 50 g
- Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
- Coconut flakes – 1-2 tbsp
Directions
- Prepare the food you need.
- Remove the seeds from the dates. Place the pitted dates in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Fill chilled dates with walnut halves. Chop the remaining nuts with a knife. It will take 1-2 tablespoon. tablespoons of chopped nuts.
- Melt the chocolate in a steam bath. Add vegetable oil and stir.
- Add chopped walnuts to melted chocolate, stir.
- Dip the dates stuffed with nuts into the chocolate with nuts. Place the chocolate-covered dates on a parchment paper-lined dish and sprinkle immediately with coconut until the chocolate is frozen.
- Put the dates with nuts in chocolate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes so that the chocolate layer hardens properly.
