Chocolates with Dates and Seeds

Chocolates with dates and seeds are incredibly tasty and healthy. In the composition of such chocolates, dates, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds are successfully combined. Not a recipe, but just sweet tooth heaven!

Ingredients

  • Dates – 500 g
  • Black chocolate – 150 g
  • Peeled pumpkin seeds – 100 g
  • Peeled sunflower seeds – 50 g
  • White chocolate – 30-50 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. We prepare products for making chocolates with dates.
    In the cooking process, you will also need cling film.
  2. We wash the dates, dry them and remove the seeds.
  3. Use a blender to grind the dates until smooth. The blender must be powerful enough because the mass turns out to be thick and viscous.
  4. Add sunflower and pumpkin seeds to the mass of dates. Grind the mass in a blender again.
  5. Transfer the mass of dates and seeds to a bowl.
  6. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt the dark chocolate over low heat.
  7. 2-3 st. we leave the spoons of melted dark chocolate to decorate the candies. Add the remaining dark chocolate to the mass of dates and seeds.
  8. Thoroughly mix the mass of dates and seeds with chocolate. Pour in salt and mix well again.
  9. We form sausages from the resulting mass and wrap them with cling film. We send it to the freezer for 30 minutes.
  10. We take out the “sausages” from the freezer, free them from the film, and cut them into pieces of 2-3 cm.
  11. From each piece, we form candies of a round or cylindrical shape.
  12. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt the white chocolate over low heat.
  13. We decorate the sweets with white and previously set aside dark chocolate.
  14. Chocolates with dates and seeds are ready.
