Ingredients
Pork (minced pork) – 700 g
Oatmeal flakes – 0.5 cups
Potatoes (small) – 1 pc.
Hard cheese – 20 g
Onions (small) – 0.5 pcs.
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Salt (coarse) – 1 pinch (to taste)
Black pepper – 1 pinch (to taste)
Vegetable oil for frying – 1-2 tbsp
Directions
Pre-steam the oatmeal with warm water.
Steamed oatmeal, peeled onions, potatoes cut into pieces, cheese and an egg (the egg can be added directly to the minced meat) are mixed in a blender (you can use a meat grinder or fine grater). Additionally add a little minced meat to the mass.
Grind until smooth.
Add the mixture to the minced meat.
Season with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Form cutlets with hands soaked in cold water.
Fry the cutlets in a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable oil, under the lid, so that the cutlets are additionally steamed. After 4-5 minutes, turn the cutlets, fry for another 4-5 minutes on the other side. Then you can leave the patties under the lid for another minute.
