Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 2 cans condensed milk, sweetened (milkmaid)
  • 1 packet biscuits (shortbread biscuits)
  • 2 lemon (s), the juice it

Instructions

  1. Crumble and chop the shortbread biscuits. Then use it to lay out a glass mold. It is best to use a round, not too large shape for it.
  2. Mix the 2 cups of cream with the 2 cans of Milkmaid well. Use the mixer for this. Let the lemon juice run in slowly. Continue to mix everything with the mixer, the lemon juice will harden the mass. Now spread this mixture on the biscuit bed and then put it in the refrigerator. It is best to let it steep overnight until eaten.
  3. Notes: Here in Germany I used 3 large lemons for this until the mass was sufficiently hardened. In Brazil I even had to use 6 until the desired success was visible.
  4. This of course also increases the acidic taste in the food. What is not negative, however, but the interplay of strong sweetness and the lemon taste are unique.
