Dessert with Cookies and Cream Made from Condensed Milk and Cream

Dessert with cookies, condensed milk, and cream is prepared in just 10 minutes, as it does not require baking. It can be based on absolutely any cookie. Delicate cream of heavy cream, condensed milk, and lemon juice makes the dessert pleasant and refreshing in taste.

Ingredients
- Condensed milk – 150 g
- Cream, 33% fat – 150 g
- Cookies – 150 g
- Lemon – 1.5-2 pcs.
Directions
- Grind the cookies into crumbs. To do this, you can use a blender, or make it even easier – put the cookies in a bag and walk over it with a rolling pin or crush.
- In just 3 seconds, you have a base for dessert – crushed cookies.
- Combine cream and condensed milk in a blender bowl, whisk for 30 seconds at medium mixer speed.
- Squeeze juice from 1.5 lemons. You can use a special device or just stick a fork into the pulp several times and scroll the lemon – all the juice will flow into the plate.
- Add lemon juice to condensed milk and cream in a blender bowl.
- Whisk until thick. If the cream turns out to be liquid, it will still stabilize in the refrigerator – and the dessert will harden.
- Spread 2 tablespoon in bowls. spoons of cookies.
- Spread 2 tablespoon each over the cookies. tablespoons of cream, smooth the surface.
- Then repeat the layers – a cookie layer and a layer of lemon cream. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to stabilize.
- Garnish the surface of the dessert with lemon zest.
