Light Mousse Dessert Made from White Chocolate and Condensed Milk

Such a mousse dessert made of white chocolate and condensed milk flies off the table in an instant! It just melts in your mouth. The easiest dessert recipe I’ve ever had to cook.

Cook: 50 minutes

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk – 1 can (375 ml)
  • White chocolate – 240 g
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Milk – 125 ml
  • Butter – 30 g + 10 g for greasing the mold
  • Sugar (for sprinkling the mold) – 1 tbsp
  • Coconut flakes (for decoration) – 10 g

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Melt the chocolate and butter in the steam bath, stirring occasionally. The temperature of the chocolate should not exceed 40 degrees. Therefore, boil water in a saucepan, turn off the heat, and place a bowl of chocolate on top. This will melt the chocolate properly.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, and condensed milk.
  3. Add melted chocolate and butter to the other ingredients and blend with a blender until smooth, within 2 minutes. The weight of the resulting mixture is 950 g.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Pour the resulting mass into the mold. Take a bowl or saucepan that is larger than the baking dish, pour water into it, and then place the dish in the water. In this way, we will bake dessert on a steam bath. Cover with foil. Send to the oven for 50 minutes.
  6. Cool the finished white chocolate and condensed milk mousse dessert at room temperature, and then place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  7. After 4 hours, take out the mousse dessert from white chocolate and condensed milk from the mold, decorate with coconut.
