Ingredients

  • 200 g crayfish meat
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled, sliced
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a thumbnail, peeled and sliced
  • 1 piece (s) cinnamon, about 2 inches long
  • 1 vanilla pod, 5 cm, slit open
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil (rapeseed)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ curry
  • salt

Dieters Crayfish – Meat – Exotic Sautéed (briefly Fried)

Instructions

  1. Briefly fry the spices in the hot oil. Don`t let it turn brown.
  2. Add the crayfish meat and fry briefly as well. Add the butter, let it froth and toss the ingredients in the butter.
  3. Put the pan aside. Salt if necessary.
  4. Drizzle the crayfish meat with the lemon juice. Serve without spices. To taste, with the garlic slices.
  5. Arrange, e.g. on a bed of lettuce and drizzle with the flavored butter fat.
  6. Serve with fresh white bread or toast.
