- 3 juniper berries
- 1 chilli pepper (s)

- You boil a brew from water, vinegar, salt and sugar, add the peeled and grated dots and boil the beets with all the spices until they are soft.
- Be careful, test it more often, if the Dotschenkraut doesn`t boil enough, it doesn`t taste good. But if it cooks too long, there is a sauce.
