  • Flour – 0.5 kg
  • Warm water (or broth) – 100-150 g
  • Eggs (small) – 3 pcs.
  • Salt – 10-15 g

  1. Sift the flour, pour a mound on the board, make a depression in the middle.

  2. Little by little add warm water or cooled strained broth, eggs, salt to the flour and, gradually stirring with flour, knead the dough.

  3. To prepare the noodles, divide the finished dough into several pieces, roll up the balls and let sit for 10-20 minutes.
  4. Then roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1-1.5 mm. Put the rolled out dough to dry for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Then fold the dough for tokmach in four, cut into strips 4-5 cm wide, lay on top of each other and chop very thinly in the form of straws. Arrange the chopped noodles on the board. The noodles can also be cut into squares, diamonds, triangles.
