  • 2 hard-boiled egg (s)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, or grainy cream cheese
  • 1 handful chives
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them lengthways and crossways with an egg cutter.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the crushed eggs and the cottage cheese together. Chop the chives and sprinkle over the egg mixture. Season to taste with salt, paprika and pepper.
  3. The spread can be kept in a sealed fresh-keeping container in the refrigerator for almost a week.
