Ingredients
- 1 pck. Pizza dough with sauce
- 750 g meat, sliced, seasoned (yros)
- 300 g feta cheese or mozzarella
- 300 g cheese, rated
- Spice mix for gyros
- Pizza seasoning

- Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sear the gyros and let cool down a bit. Spread the pizza sauce on the dough and add the cooled gyros. Crumble the feta (cut the mozzarella into wafer-thin slices) and distribute it evenly, then sprinkle the grated cheese over it. Sprinkle the whole thing with gyros spice and pizza spice and bake at 180 ° for about 20 minutes.
- P.S: If you don`t like it that spicy, take the milder version with mozzarella.
