Ingredients

  • 300 g cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 teaspoon coffee powder, (espresso), instant
  • 200 ml egg liqueur
  • 100 ml brandy

Instructions

  1. Bring the cream with milk and espresso powder to the boil and continue to simmer over medium heat until the espresso powder has dissolved. Stir in eggnog and brandy. Fill the liqueur into hot-rinsed bottles and close them immediately with corks.
  2. If you need a quick souvenir at the last minute, this liqueur can be prepared in a flash.
  3. Durability:
  4. The liqueur lasts for about 2 weeks.
  5. Decoration tip:
  6. Wrap the bottles in gift wrap for giving away and attach spices (e.g. cinnamon sticks or star anise) to the bottles with string or fine wire.
  7. Approx. 1040 kcal per bottle of 350 ml
