Ingredients

  • 150 g chocolate, dark chocolate
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoon rum or Cointreau
  • fruit
  • Biscuit (butter biscuits)
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave or water bath with 3-4 tablespoons of water. Whip the cream until stiff.
  2. Beat the melted chocolate until smooth. Now gradually stir in the chilled mascarpone and stir in the rum or Cointreau (orange liqueur).
  3. Fold in the whipped cream quickly - ideally with a whisk. Pour the mixture into dessert glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Tip: Decorate the chocolate mousse with seasonal fruits, biscuits or chocolate chips.
