Ingredients

  • 8 medium potato (s)
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt, coarsely ground
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes. Then use a sharp knife to cut approx. 1 cm wide wedges into the potatoes. Be careful not to cut through, only cut up to a third.
  2. Place the potatoes in an ovenproof baking dish, pour the olive oil over them and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary.
  3. Bake at approx. 200 degrees for about 40 minutes until golden.
  4. The scratched potatoes open like a fan, are super pretty to look at and taste great.
