Ingredients
- 0.5 kg ½ potato (s), small
- 400 g crème fraîche
- 125 g salami,
- 125 g cooked ham
- 125 g cheese (cold cuts, e.. Edam, Gouda, Tilsiter)
- some pizza seasoning
- salt and pepper
- Chilli powder
- Paprika powder

- Cook the potatoes with their peel until done.
- In the meantime, season the crème fraîche with salt, pepper, pizza seasoning, chili powder and paprika powder. Then add the diced salami, diced ham and diced cheese.
- Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet, cut lengthways in the middle, press apart a little and pour in the crème fraîche mixture (1-3 teaspoons depending on the size of the potatoes).
- Bake the potatoes in the oven at 150 degrees for 5-10 minutes on the middle rack.
- In addition to cheese, salami and ham, you can also add peppers, tomatoes, etc. if you like. Can be varied according to taste.
- Fresh salad tastes good with it, but we also like to eat it just like that. Clever and quick for guests and children.
