Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 2 onions)
- 2 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon flour
- salt and pepper
- 200 g ham, cooked, dice
- 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red pepper (s), dice
- 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 200 g cheese or more, rated (Gouda, Edam or similar)

- Peel the potatoes - rub them in cold water, wash them well and then put the dough in a sieve, collect the water and let it rest (approx. 10 min.) A white field (potato starch) will develop on the bottom. Dump the water completely, making sure that the white remains on the bottom.
- Then add the white potato starch to the potato batter. Also grate the onions and stir into the potato mixture, as well as the remaining ingredients. Mix everything well.
- Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and prebake at (electric) 180 ° C (convection) 160 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
- Take out and spread with ketchup and top with colored ingredients. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for another 20 minutes until the cheese has melted well.
- Ingredients can be varied according to taste, e.g. tuna, anchovies, minced meat, pineapple and much more!
